Pets are welcome at Kassariotsa Holiday House, Kassari Apartement and Vetsi Talli Holiday Village. An additional pet fee applies.
Check-in at our accommodation starts at 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
All our accommodation uses paperless check-in. Before arrival, complete online check-in using the link in your booking confirmation, except for group bookings. Your confirmation is emailed to you after booking. We recommend checking in online as soon as possible, and no later than one day before arrival, so that we can send your access details in time.
Kassari Holiday Resort and Hotel Liilia use door codes. Codes are valid precisely from 16:00 on your arrival date until 12:00 on your departure date.
We send the access code for Kassari Holiday Resort and Hotel Liilia by text message or email, according to the preference you selected during online check-in. You will receive it on your arrival date. Once you have the code, you can arrive at any time during your stay. The message includes the hotel name, room number and door code. The same code opens the hotel’s main entrance and your room. The PIN supplied by Booking.com is used to manage your booking; it does not open the hotel doors.
Early check-in depends on bookings for the previous night and requires online check-in to have been completed at least one day before arrival.
Please let us know when you leave. At Kassari Holiday Resort and Hotel Liilia, hang the LAHKUSIN (‘I have left’) sign on the outside of your room door so we know that we can prepare the room for the next guest. At Vetsi Talli Holiday Village, leave the keys at your cabin door. At Kassari Apartement and Kassariotsa Holiday House, leave the keys where you found them on arrival. At Hotel Lõokese, leave them on the tray by the door.
